In the event of cancellation of the performance, the Cirque undertakes to inform the spectators one hour before the performance via the email used for the reservation;

The Cirque undertakes to either:

• Transfer your purchase to another representation of your choice in the same year;
• To refund your transaction

When purchasing the tickets, the conditions are as follows:

• If you wish to make any changes (ticket, section, transportation), you can do so, depending on availability, by contacting us by telephone no more than five (5) days before the performance date you had chosen. Note that this operation generates a fee of $5.00 per ticket,
• The service fees are non-refundable,
• The electronic ticket can only be used once,
• Copying, reproduction or resale of tickets is prohibited,
• The ticket holder must comply to the rules of the venues of the event,
• It is forbidden to bring alcoholic beverages,
• An ID may be required at the entrance of the event to validate if you meet the admission criteria of the ticket.
